It looks to me like its flashing yellow. From what I remember white/slow traffic warnings are solid, they don't flash.

I agree though, it doesn't matter.

I was watching a number of onboard shots last night and it was clear that the white flag light was flashing. And it's clear right now that the SC also flashes.
