I don't think it's as simple minded as that but yes I think they have the mentality that everyone get's a piece of the track and if you are even slightly in the wrong they could very easily rule against instead of for you against someone who's been racing a long time like Lewis has. In their minds I think they saw Max turn into Lewis trying to cut him off and that was what ruined it for them, ie if he had kept his line and not turned towards Lulu to cut into the corner then Lulu could have been penalized alot worse. IE Perez not leaving enough room for people to pass, twice, and got 2 different penalties for it.

They only saw the incident through MB eyes.

I am tempted to believe that Bottas crashed at the beginning of the Hungry race on purpose. He is not that bad of a driver, he got an awful start (uncharacteristic) and then he totally broke entirely too late (also uncharacteristic. But surely he wouldn't do that would he?
