Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, August, 1970. Mario Andretti in the No. 1 Holman & Moody McLaren M6B Ford 429'ER) during practice for the Can-Am @roadamerica Mario qualified third but DNF. Bruce McLaren and Denny Hulme dominated the race finishing 1-2 in their McLaren M8B Chevrolets.

Laguna Seca Can-Am, October, 1969. The Chaparral crew tends to John Surtees in the Chaparral 2H Chevrolet during practice. The massive wing was a last desperate attempt to make the car work. It didn't. The 2H was a visionary attempt at advanced aero that failed miserably.

Peter DeLorenzo : Daytona 24 Hours 1967. The winning No. 23 Ferrari 330 P4 driven by Chris Amon/Lorenzo Bandini. The Mike Parkes/Ludovico Scarfiotti No. 24 Ferrari 330 P4 finished second and the No. 26 N.A.R.T. Ferrari 412 P driven by Pedro Rodriguez/Jean Guichet was third.
