Max did everything possible to let Lewis win this race.
Obviously odds are Lewis wins the WDC.

The contact between Loo and Max was Mercedes fault. The 'normal' series of events is... 1- Fia tells RedBull Max must give the position back 2- Red Bull tells Max he must let Loo go past. 3- Mercedes hears this on the radio, tells Loo get ready to put the hammer down and gain as much as possible while Max slows. Loo says he did not get the message in time to know what Max was doing slowing down. (Unless their is radio comm. to refute me, I call Hogswallop on this.) What was Max to do, pull over, jump out of his car and wave Loo past? I listened to both driver's audio. It was not clear from the message to Max if RB was making the decision that he should give it back or if the FIA said they had to. "Strategically" they told him, as if it were their decision but I do not know. Lewis was told about one second after he hit Max. He was not told before. If you look at Max's steering wheel, he was weaving a bit and basically in the center of the track.

I assumed most of you had the F1 app; I guess that's not the case? You can go back and listen in/watch any driver at any time. It's nice.

I still find it very odd that Merc did not tell Lewis what was set to go down. I remember in the past listening to radio calls where the offended team was right quick to tell their driver that the other guy had to give back the position. Edit: Horner: "Max was trying to give the place up. We informed race control we were giving the place up. I don't know if he [Hamilton] was playing around with the DRS zone."

Max has been summoned for a breach of the International Sporting code. d) Causing a collision, repetition of serious mistakes or the appearance of a lack of control over the car (such as leaving the track) will be reported to the Stewards and may entail the imposition of penalties up to and including the disqualification of any driver concerned. Lewis has been called before the stewards as well

Lewis has been called before the stewards as well DQ both Max and Lewis from the entire season. Bottas becomes WDC.

Note also that the final pass by Hamilton was, as far as I can tell, a genuine pass. No radio call to Max that he had to give up the place. His rear tires were going off and he was slowing down in general.

I'll bet it costs and arm and a leg to attend the Saudi Grand Prix. Who knew that Saudi Arabia would take the Pink Floyd quote so seriously?

Well... at least I have recovered from the 'Goose-Attack' Friday night. in 54, I was 5 years old, 3 geese cornered and attacked me at grandpa's farm. At that age they were as big or bigger than I was. I never recovered. :-)

So Max had to give the lead back to Hamilton 3 times and still got a penalty. One of those dont count cause Lewis did not get the official sealed letter, so he ran into Max

I waited to after the race to jugde this track and it's a 3 out of ten for me, it may be a "drivers" track but its not a racers. And the was the worse GP of the season (not counting Spa because that wasn't a race), between Max's hooliganism and Lulu's continuing double standard driven, reality denying radio spats on top of some of the stupidest driving iv'e seen from "professionals" i feel like i had 3 plus hours stolen from me.

This is 1 of the most ugliest races ever. Toto awarded for the Mike Ditka tantrum moment. And this is not the best Cole-Rowdy fight.
VERY UGLY!!!!!
