At this point if I am Max I just punt Lewis at turn 1 and take my 8 point lead to the last race.

Not if the guy inside you leaves no room you don't. Again, you have to be able to have made the corner. Is there any scenario where you can take a position off the track? Lewis was a full meter inside the apex lol |

If Max would have tried to turn the the right fully while off the track he might have had a better argument rather than pulling straight out onto the track, thereby blocking Lewis. |

Max Verstappen would have be forced to give the spot back to Lewis Hamilton had the race continued under green or otherwise he would have been referred to the stewards for a penalty.
Not sure why it’s a really big deal that the same scenario is happening now?

If they can pull off qualifying in Monaco they can do it here. The big difference is the average speed. Monaco is prolly close to the slowest average speed. They were saying today that the average speed here is second only to Monza. This track is prolly a cluster f+++ waiting to happen. I called this race two days ago. A cluster f+++ waiting to happen |
