Maybe Lulu should pay all the refunds since he's the one that made the most money off the race!!! So much for bartering in exchange for tickets for the Indy Car race at Long Beach GP.

Michelin paid for those tickets for the debacle @ Indy that they were responsible for by providing ticket-holders with tickets for the next seasons’ race there. As a paying fan, I resent Domenicali’s defensive posture regarding refunding the fans who don’t have the resources F1 does. He tries to push it off on the promoter but it needs to come from F1 first and maybe the promoter additionally. It was a farce, not a ‘race’. If you purchase a product or service and it doesn’t fulfill it’s representation, you are entitled to a full refund. I’ll bet there wouldn’t be the extreme effects of blinding spray if the teams fitted those narrow ‘bicycle wheels/tires’ they use to maneuver the cars in tight spaces. Better grip too Found it ironic that Toto and his henchmen resisted against the stewards allowing Red Bull to repair Perez’ car, this after his team taking them out the previous two races themselves.

They are waiting to see if Max gets awarded the fastest lap. That will affect the fantasy scoring. PFRL scores are out. Mazepin kept fastest lap according to them. I thought the fastest lap was only awarded to the driver if he is in the top ten?

Exactly, that's why PFRL waited so long to post results because Max may have ended up with it and scored another half point.

And Leclerc got away with an illegal tire change because they changed back before the "race".

And Leclerc got away with an illegal tire change because they changed back before the "race". My understanding is that once it is declared a wet race it is 100% up to the teams and drivers what tires they want to use in the race, and they change up until the time the race "starts". This allows teams to assess conditions and use Intermediates or Full Wets. There are only limits on the number of sets of each.
Of course this is totally different than dry, if dry you must start on the tires you set your fastest time on during Q2. So if you don't make it past Q1, you can change tires, even on the grid if you want.

I had the race on the tube the whole time. As I unpack in my new flat. The best part to me was the talking head complaining about the extra lap run behind the safety car at the end so it could be called a race and because of that Max gained 5 points on lulu. They were complaining while trying to act like they were not complaining. :-)

The one thing that got me was that the 'Weather Update' was that the next Weather Update would be in 5, 10 or 15 minutes, adinfinitum.

I found it one of the more compelling doings of the race. At least something was being timed.

This is what I was talking about. It was illegal but because they switched back there was no punishment. www.planetf1.com/news/charles-leclerc-rule-infringement-unpunished/

Sounds like Corporate America. A Professor in my Behavioral Science class had a great saying, "Everyone damns big business, but nobody wants to give up their refrigerator..."

Whatever.
