Would not surprise me one bit. Auto sales are tanking worldwide. The best ones out there are lucky to meet 50% their volume targets at the moment

Wow, so Vettel is out of a ride unless he goes to Haas which would be sort of like Emerson Fittipaldi going from McLaren to Copersucar or Damon Hill going from Williams to Arrows.

I don't think Vettel ever looked at Renault as a choice. I think he only has one place on his list.
Alonso going to Renault is an improvement over his last choice but in reality is a step down. Renault is probably behind at least 4 maybe 5 other teams.

Every story line about Bottas usually ends in the negative so yeah Renault is a destination. Except Fred. Maybe Seb will be the guy to return Aston Martin to glory.

With all this shit taking place prior to the first race of 2020 having been contested - why wait for 2021 to play musical chairs?

No one is going to pay him what he wants and any Team that wants him doesn't have the money. As for racing if they can figure out racing for 2020 I think they can figure out 2021 too, right now they have a tentative schedule for 2020 so they are trying.

Yes but he hasn't driven an F1 car in several years and they have changed ALOT, I'm not sure he could jump right in and be up to speed as quick as some of the younger guys who will be there thru the rebuilding process they are in.
