Re: Williams, the important bit of this imho is that they showed up to the 3rd race of the season without a spare chassis. How in the actual fuck does that happen in an F1 that's rejecting Andretti on the grounds that they aren't a serious enough entry?
Re: Logan, it also really sucks that this happens on a weekend where he's started out pretty quick - less than 0.08s slower than Albon in FP1 and almost a second quicker than that in FP2, in P13.

You break it - you bought it.
Albon should be sitting. This applies to Albon or Verstappen.

The Car belongs to Williams, it's theirs to do with as they please. Racing is not about what seems fair.

If Williams doesn't want to enforce responsibility for actions they will end up running out of money in short order. Not having a spare tub available to build up already says they are funds deficient.

I don't know who is a bigger embarrassment Williams or Alpine...............whatever, Hello to Stefano while I'm at it. I'm going with Williams. Alpine has a 3rd slow chassis at the ready. Williams is what they've been for over a decade. British Pathetic.

the big question. can Leclerc keep it on the track during qualifying? :-) the answer is no. on his last lap in q3 he went off the racing line and aborted the lap. :-(

Look at the lab times from FP3 and then qualifying. Mercedes look quick enough P3. But they weren’t any faster in qualifying. Probably because they had the engine turned all the way up to get a good time in FP3. As compared to redbull, Ferrari, and McLaren. They all got faster in qualifying and they all pretty much got their best times in Q3. Max found 3/10s in Q3. That was a boatload. Leclerc probably could’ve beat him and he kept his lap together. But when push comes to shove he pretty much always makes a mistake. :-)
