I'm still "meh" on the whole thing because as far as i'm concerned this years sprints are dry runs for next year when the cars are supposed to be able to pass each other. Monza's had more meaning to the race outcome than Britain but nothing more than a good set of sprinklers would have. I'm actually hoping that Brazil has a little more action but even if it doesn't Ross will be along to tell us that it did and what a great idea they had.

If the Stewards keep making decisions like they did in Monza it won't make any difference if the cars can pass or not

The sprint race gave us this 1, lulu had a bad start and dropped back a few places and never caught up 2, the papaya orange cars got the jump on poor lulu and they started the race in front of lulu 3, because of saturday, Danny started 2nd, got the jump on Max and went on to win the race. chances of Danny winning on sunday without the saturday sprint thing were prolly close to zero. Danny got second because of Bottas' engine change not because he finished second. Otherwise? There's a strong case to be made that the McLaren's were the fastest cars all weekend. Lulu and Max had their moment because of bad pit stops and not anything to do with the sprint race results. At that point DR was already long gone and uncatchable. About all the Sprint proved was that passing was unlikely to happen at Monza and that ain't exciting. Other than Lulu dropping 3 spots there were essentially no other significant changes from quali. You all are equating the finish on Sunday with good racing on Sat. Sat by itself was not good racing or entertainment by any measure. Come on now. Lets not let the facts get in the way of a good comment. :-)
