I have to be honest. I would not be surprised to see Vettel drive for McLaren.

I have to be honest. I would not be surprised to see Vettel drive for McLaren. If McLaren showed promise this year and things really went sour for Seb at Ferrari I suppose it's possible. But will there even be enough of a season for all that to happen? Not sure.

I have to be honest. I would not be surprised to see Vettel drive for McLaren. Vettel isn't worth losing Sainz or Lando imho.

Unless they have a shot with one of those teams where will they go? Obviously if Vettel moves on from Ferrari, or vise versa, that is an open seat. I also think Mercedes is maybe ready to move on from Bottas.

FWIW I think Ocon has at least a 2 year contract and Russell signed with Williams last year on a 3 year deal.

So does the Merc seat go to Ocon or Russell??? I think it depends on whether Lulu is ready to go too, if so they may just hang it up but if Lulu stays they need a good #2 guy that can be #1 when Lulu can't be out front. Getting a 2nd #1 guy could be nothing but problems like Lulu and Nico in their final year and I don't see Merc wanting to have a 2nd round of that crap.

^From what he said in the PlanetF1 article, I guess it's not as unrealistic as I first thought. We'll find out eventually.
