Stroll is going to have a drive due to money, whether his father owns the team or not.

Stroll is going to have a drive due to money, whether his father owns the team or not. Yep, agreed. Just moved up the grid, likely taking the seat of a better driver. Perez and Ocon are definitely better than Stroll.

^ that is the question. If he costs the team millions in prize money due to lack of performance. The Williams is just such crap it is difficult to tell if he is really bad or could be a periodic point scorer.

For whatever reasons he did score points last year with team Willy - this years cars are more craptastic than last years.

Stroll usually gains places at the start and has solid if not uninspired drives, but he's a downgrade compared to either of FI drivers.

Perez will be all Stroll can handle.

That has been a big factor in their downward slide this year. Neither driver has much experience and I don't think Kubica has all that much input. Gotta drive to make a difference.

Wait, I just read a direct quote from him, a day or two ago, that he had a done deal for next season, just couldn't say anything yet. Hmmmmm...

Yeah, 6'1" is pretty tall for F1 Ought to start announcing the cars with the weight their jockey's are carrying - just like horse races.

Yeah, 6'1" is pretty tall for F1 Even more so with a McLaren which usually designs their cars with the cockpit as an afterthought. Zero size!
