And this guy will be there all weekend again! Had a blast last year stayed all 4 days, met lil al, so that alone as worth it. I hope the weather is good but if not my boss said I can take Monday off if need be. Donβt it help to have a boss whoβs not only a fan but been to the last 6 Indy 500βs?

He has really turned his life around.Β He built a new house in Indianapolis not too far from me Well this year I have a set from the old matchbox series Indy 500 with the 1992 finish and Iβm gonna have him sign that. Going to try to get as manny pictures or autographs with the old drivers there too, so Iβm looking for you jimmy vasser, Brian Berta, Bobby Rahal, and Michael & Mario Andretti and super Tex if heβs there, who else for old drivers still work with the teams?

Wanker Power has been off track 3 times this practice session.
I wonder who's fault that's going to be?

Wanker Power has been off track 3 times this practice session. I wonder who's fault that's going to be? All the Penskes are struggling. 7, 15, & 17 in P3. Power just said too much front brake bias. He also said Indy Car is ever evolving and that what worked, set-up wise, last year is not going to work this year. Other teams have returned and figured out better set-up. So, Penske has some work to do. Indy Car Gold Pass on NBCsn is awesome!ππ

Lot of red flags this weekend. Veach, Erricson, and I think Frappo brought out red flags today.
Veach's car got buried in the gravel. They took his car back to the tent where they put it up on the jacks to ShopVac all the gravel out of the under tray and cockpit.
Great interview with George Michael Steinbrenner. How did he get interested in racing? His cousin is the late Tony Renna. He has a cousin, I think, married to Chris Simmons. His uncle, Chuck Jones, was a co-owner of the old Ensign F1 team with Mo Nunn. He also says his racing influences comes from his mom and step dad's side of the family.
