I don’t understand why Iowa decided to have a parade today, the 4th of July was Wednesday. You mean why the drivers are driving with respect for each other? Yeah, whatever. Iowa has been a bore fest the last 4-5 years and if you think otherwise, you are in the minority and it’s why 1000’s of people already left the track. Indycar has major issues with their oval package and can’t afford to put on duds.

It was the “800th” on track yellow today!!!! Weren't there only 2 or 3 yellows? One thing IndyCar has - the cars can run with each other in traffic - they don't need 4 or 5 seconds of clean air like F1 thinks they need.

So you want Stenhouse and Keslowski to wreck the field to make it 'exciting'. There were passes for the lead. There were passes for position every lap. There were cars able to run nose to tail at 180 MPH and still be able to mount attacks - still having enough downforce to maintain control instead of F1 claiming they need 4 seconds of clean air to keep the downforce on the front wings. The reality is the race had more on track racing action than TV was able to focus on and build up. Yes - the end of the race was an administrative clusterfuck on the question of if the race would go Green again. The bullshit rules of lead lap cars pit one lap and non-lead lap cars pit another as well as closing the pits once the wreck is detected created all the mess. Only way pits should be closed is if the incident obstructs either pit entrance or pit exit - otherwise pit to your hearts content.

Who the hell said they want a NASCAR wreck fest? And are you that arrogant that you can’t accept someone else’s take on a race? I don’t care how many passes their were, if almost the entire field is lapped after 70 laps, it’s not competitive. I was at the track and I estimate a couple thousand people left between laps 100 and 200 so the paying customer obviously thinks different than you and they effect Indycar’s bottom line.
