It's just as stupid now as it was with Lewis and as stupid as it's always been. The problem is the same, no matter who the driver is. We've talked about it before, but you only seem to notice when it has to do with Lulu. With time penalties, the driver is too often either penalized overly harshly (in this case Alonso) or essentially not at all because they can make it up on track (Perez). I'd also say that Perez's offense deserved a bigger penalty than Alonso's. But hey, cry some more about your poor boy being singled out & picked on. It's what you do best. Oh, I know, you'll say he's not your favorite and you aren't really a fan, yada, yada. But your actions say otherwise. Don't look at me; I was just wondering why the posters who carried on for a page and a half on the Monza thread about Lewis' penalty weren't doing the same here. Actually I am naturally a defender of people so when one person is getting picked on I tend to defend. You likely forgot, but I defended young Max quite a bit in the early days as well. Mostly because Sky didn't show Perez's many altercations, and for the record checo deserved to be penalized off the track for the carnage he unleashed on Sunday. Lulu was careless at Monza, Perez was manic at Singapore. |
