The race was fine... unless you are in the peanut gallery. The only non-stage caution was when Bowl Cut Boy dumped Suarez for no reason other than to make himself feel better because he has run like dogshit all year.

I don't think the problem is aero on short tracks. Try the 14.5" tires on all four corners. That helps the racing on the bigger tracks, but not on short tracks and to a degree road courses since it gives too much mechanical grip.

Goodyear has dropped a lot of money on the current rubber. I doubt they would make a separate tire for short tracks. Dale Jr. said to try grooved tires (like F1 used to run.) The simplest fix is to remove all aero possible.
