2022 Canadian GP tickets went on sale yesterday. Some guys on a local Austin forum are trying to go, and they're saying that all the grandstands are already sold out. Can anyone confirm or deny?
A poster said he just called CGV directly, and they have no tickets. They've missed a couple of GPs. Add in that tickets have effectively been being sold for 2+ years. We saw it here in Austin, and Austin only missed one GP, not two. I'll be shocked if COTA has anything like that kind of crowd next year.
Looking at their website, it looks like you have, of course, people who just carried over their 2020 & 2021 tickets to 2022, and then 1st priority on purchasing new tickets went people who got refunds, starting yesterday. It seems like maybe that's all it took. The presale for everyone else starts on the 16th, if there's anything left. If you want to try that, you need to register by the 12th.
