He needs to get over himself... or just retire.

Being a punk-ass bitch is still Lewis's primary occupation.

Should F1 adopt NASCAR's Green-White-Checker form of Overtime to prevent races ending behind the Safety Car?

Should F1 adopt NASCAR's Green-White-Checker form of Overtime to prevent races ending behind the Safety Car? Since it doesn't happen very often probably not, adopting another Series rules directly seems again the FIA mantra anyway, but yes adopting something similar would solve the problem as long as they don't run out of laps. An option for that could be that they stop counting laps under the safety car after X number of safety cars, virtual or otherwise in a single race, in the last10 laps of the race. The idea being that the cars have already saved enough fuel to get to the end of the race even if it's extended a few laps, then let the Race Director make the decision to Red Flag the race if the repairing the track process is going to take too long and the cars might run out of fuel anyway.

This petition should be directed to Mercedes who left their driver on old tires.

One can only imagine how F1 would be viewed had Masi let it finish under the Safety Car.

I bet that Hamilton is mightily pissed at Mercedes for their strategic Abu Dhabi blunder.
This silent treatment may be aimed at them. I hope he has the balls to call them out.

On F1's facebook threads this still comes up every day or two. The whole of england is still pretty wound up. :-) I posted yesterday that merc didn't trust lulu so they left him out on old tires. And that lulu should tell merc to buzz off and find another team.

If Lewis left Mercedes right now he would never win another WDC before he retires, even at Red bull, why would they do that to Max?, the car favors Max's driving style not Lewis's. But given all that I suggest you keep on poking them on those message boards and see what else they can come up with to gift Lewis the WDC.

If someone comes 2022 equivalent of the 2009 blown diffuser, or the 2010 exhaust blown diffuser, all bets are off. Anyone could be the next WDC. As for the boards, when ever I point out that merc blew the call all I hear is crickets. :-)

All are very calm pages.
