Facing a possible sabbatical, Racing Point driver Sergio Perez has shown us that Formula 1 does not have the best drivers in the world. But sponsors just select from their development programs rather that go outside the box such as Indy Car to get their best drivers. It proves that they only go thru drivers' investors than taking a driver with talent and invest. This is where it hurts.
Just imagine the Indy Car drivers they would have had even despite the failure of Sebastien Bourdais.
