100 years from now his face on the trophy won't reflect any of that. None of it matters. He can only race against those that show up. We AAR veterans hear the same crap about the 1993 Mark III Eagle Toyota's dominance of that season in IMSA GTP. We can only race against those that show up. Paul Tracy was there! That is right! The real winner in 2002. 😈🤯🤡🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

He won't do no boogity boogity boogity neither I'll bet besides that, he may get some taxicab racin' fans who wouldn't ordinarily watch to tune in. Not a bad thing.

I get the impression that Junior is a fan of ALL RACING - he isn't a NASCAR snob and appreciates the demands created in all forms of racing.

McLaren reveals Alonso’s Indy challengerMcLaren Racing today unveiled the official livery for the No. 66 car that will contest the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500, where it driver Fernando Alonso will attempt to secure the ‘Triple Crown of motorsport. The Chevrolet-powered McLaren rendition of the IndyCar Dallara, prepared at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, sports the familiar McLaren papaya orange — which echoes the color chosen by Bruce McLaren for the team’s first Formula 1 Grand Prix entry in 1966 and reflects the livery of the McLaren Formula 1 team’s MCL34. This year’s scheme for both racing series features a complementary blue that nods to the team’s racing heritage, while the choice of car No. 66 is to honor McLaren’s first victory at the Brickyard, achieved with Mark Donohue’s Penske-run M16 in 1972. racer.com/2019/04/08/mclaren-reveals-alonsos-indy-challenger/

Same scheme as their F1 cars. Looks better on the Indy Car than on F1 - the F1 front wings are hideous!

^Could have been. Not sure how many parts are from the Speedway, Indiana plant. Aero kits maybe? I'll try to find out.
