I went to Purdue from spring of '77 until spring '81. Finals usually ended around May 8th... Was there 64-65 and first semester 65. Memorial Day was May 30 - no matter what day it happened on. For Purdue, May 30, 1965 was just another day of Finals Week. ok. I didn't know what era you were there. Just a side note. Back then, if May 30th was a Sunday, the ace ran on Monday the 31st.

They got someone relevant to perform. Saw Zac perform War Pigs with the Foo Fighters last Saturday night. It was pretty awesome.

Ehhhh, not sure Carlin is a team that can help McLaren win. Would have thought that ECR might give them a stronger alliance.

If you read the article you will see a lot of previous experience, who knows?

This will be the first 500 in almost two decades I will not be at. The group I go with and I decided to watch it from home for a change. I’m actually excited, which sounds weird.

It's all good. Attending a 500 really does require a huge effort. I only go if the weather is good. Worst place in the world to be if it is thundering and lightning.

If you read the article you will see a lot of previous experience, who knows? I did read the article. Indy Car not the same as F3 or F2. Carlin don't have the experience of Penske, Andretti, or CGR. McLaren has brought on some experienced freelancers but Carlin is still growing and building their Indy Car team. Their common bond is Lando Norris.
