Great finishes for "Mad Duke" Malukas (P8) and Kirkwood (P10).

Herta definitely wants to be known as the dumbest driver in the field. He isn't the only one that didn't know where the edge of the track was - and paid a price for it. He’s also the highest paid driver in the series and does the same stuff almost every race. He should be better than doing what everyone else does.

Congratulations to Alex Palou. He is clearly in a class of his own.

Finally got around to watching the full race and noticed the crowd was very weak. Are we in danger of Portland getting axed in the near future?

If crowd size were a factor, there wouldn't be anything but the Indy 500. If I were an Indycar fan, I'd wonder why F1 draws so well in the US, even if they only run on one decent track (I'm prejudging Las Vegas; the only thing dumber than a street race is a night street race). With only 16 events, it can't be saturation. My guess is, in addition to outrageous ticket prices in Iowa, most Indycar "fans" are like "Easter Christians"; Indy 500 and nothing else. This series hasn't been viable since the days of Foyt and Andretti. Even Penske can't save it.
