Photobucket codes don't work here (or anywhere else for that matter) ... You need to find a different hosting site if you want to post pix ... like nickpic.host/ ... They don't have a problem with 3rd party hosting like PB has ...

Six, I'm unsure what you mean... I can see the images I posted above just fine. They aren't from photobucket that I know of, they're direct from jalopyjournal.com ...

The pix were originally uploaded to photobucket and then someone posted a link to them on jalopyjournal ... If you click on the "edit" button of your post, then click on "BBCode" and look at the links you posted, it says jalopyjournal and photobucket ... I hunted down the first pic on jalopyjournal and get the same red X error ... because the pix are hosted on photobucket.com ... Photobucket disabled 3rd party hosting functions last year ... You're most likely seeing them because you already had them sitting in your temp files ...

I saved them to my computer, deleted them from the post, then reposted them using the 'add image to post' button top left instead. Can you see them now?

Before USAC, there was the AAA.
Makes you wonder what if: AAA/USAC had a true promoter at the helm instead of NASCAR. Would Milwaukee be Daytona today?
For that matter, what if NASCAR had a true promoter at the helm now?

Best looking 91 year old I have ever seen...

Ken Sapper, 1969 Chevelle, Saugus Speedway in the late 70's early 80's. A fellow Crescenta Valley guy like Jeff Lawson and me. We raced against him mostly at Saugus. He didn't like coming to Mesa Marin in Bakersfield, because 'it costs too much when you hit the wall there'

For that matter, what if NASCAR had a true promoter at the helm now? Define irony: When Bill France wanted to start a stock car series, he went to the AAA and offered to run a stock car series for the sanctioning body. They declined.

Michigan 1986 1,000th start? It may have been, I remember being there for his 1000th start. I'm not sure if it was the day I took that picture.
